Grilled Chicken in a Lemon Mustard Marinade

|Grilled Chicken in a Lemon Mustard Marinade|
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
Whisk lemon juice and mustard together in a bowl. Whisk in oil in a thin stream. Pour into a plastic Ziploc bag. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, or longer.
Remove chicken and season with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked, about 10 minutes per side or until opaque.
