Actually i prepared this dish coz of some leftover beans, yes there were some chickpeas, dry peas, blackeyed peas were sitting in my pantry to prepare something with them.Since the quantity of those beans was very less for my family members i couldnt stop myself to add some lentils with. This vada calls for channadal, masoordal,French lentils and moongdal, and trust me this fritters are just prefect to munch with a cup of your favourite drinks for a break. We loved munching these deep fried beauties and enjoyed thoroughly.

1cup Mixed Beans (Chickpeas,black-eyedpeas, dry green peas)
1cup Mixed Lentils (Bengalgram, Moongdal,French lentils, Masoordal)
3nos Dry red chillies
1tsp Ginger (chopped)
Few Curry leaves
2nos Garlic cloves
1/2tsp Fennel seeds
Coriander leaves (as per need)
Salt
Oil for deepfrying
Soak the mixed beans overnite with enough water, soak the lentils for 3hours.
Grind the soaked lentils and soaked beans with dry red chillies, garlic cloves, fennel seeds as coarse paste without water, if its too hard to grind, just sprinkle some water.

Add the chopped ginger pieces, curryleaves and salt, mix everything well.
Meanwhile heat the oil for deep frying, take a small ball from the grounded mixture, flat them in your palms and gently drop them in hot oil.
Fry them until they get well cooked, strain the excess of oil with a paper towel..
Serve hot.
