Am running this week’s blogging marathon with Stuffed dishes as theme, obviously this cheesy mozzarella stuffed bread sticks goes for this week’s theme. Bread sticks are just fabulous to munch even for your evening snacks if you want something different and cheesy for your snacks. However this breadstick itself makes a meal if you serve them along with some salads. Trust me this bread sticks will became your family favourite especially if you have cheese loving kids around you. If you feel like shaping as twisted bread sticks or else as much as like Domino’s garlic sticks, dont hesitate a second to shape your bread sticks as you desire. I kept myself as simple bread sticks which is quite easy to shape and bake.

1+1/2cups All purpose flour
1+1/2cups Whole wheat flour
1tsp Instant yeast
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Salt
1/2cup Luke warm milk
2tbsp Olive oil
1tbsp Pizza seasoning
1tsp Red chillyflakes
1/2tsp Dry Oregano
1/2tsp Dry Thymn leaves
1tbsp Butter (room temperature)
Mozzarella cheese (sliced lengthwise)
Take the flours in a bowl, add the instant yeast, sugar and salt.
Add the pizza seasoning leaves, red chilly flakes, dry oregano and dry thymn leaves to the flour mixture.
Slowly add gradually the luke warm water, olive oil and knead.
Knead well until the dough turns soft and smooth, cover the bowl and keep the dough in a warm place for two hours..
Once they doubled their size, punch down the dough, divide the dough into medium sized balls.
Roll each ball as a round shaped circle, place a mozzarella cheese stick in the middle and bring the edges together. Roll the dough as oblong shaped roll.

Arrange the rolled breadsticks over a baking sheet lined over the baking tray. I kept mine with less space in between. If you want yours as separate bread sticks keep enough space between them.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Arrange the baking pan in middle rack of the oven and bake for 25-30minutes until the crust of the bread stick turns golden brown.
Brush immediately the bread sticks with the butter.
Serve warm with a bowl of soup or with some spicy sauces.
